New Stanton Borough has a Recreation Board comprised of 9 members, 5 of the members are required to live in the Borough the other 4 can be non-residents.
The Recreation Board sponsors a softball/baseball team; home games are played at New Stanton Park, which includes a concession stand.
The Recreation Board also holds various other activities for children and residents of the Borough, like an Easter egg hunt, Halloween parade, Christmas party and the Community picnic held at the end of the ball season at the Park.
